This home had all the charm—arched doorways, original trim and crystal door knobs, and a cozy vintage soul—and we were honored to bring it into the present while preserving everything that made it special. We added 12 feet to both the first and second story, giving our amazing clients the extra space they needed, including a new first-floor primary suite designed for comfort and aging in place. From the cabinetry and countertops to the lighting, plumbing, and flooring, every detail was selected to marry old and new in a way that feels timeless, warm, and uniquely theirs.
